ERIE COUNTY UNDERAGE DRINKING DIVERSION PROGRAM ::

The Erie County Underage Drinking Diversion Program is recommended by the Erie County District Attorney for all underage drinking offenses and is supported by Erie County District Judges. The Program consists of a pre-screening evaluation to determine the extent of the youth’s drinking and drug usage and 6 hours of education.

Parents can also refer their teens to the program.
